A: Fly to Beijing Airport: Take an express train from Beijing South
Railway Station to Cangzhou West Railway Station (1 hour), and then
we can pick you up to the factory (40 minutes).
2. Q: If I want to customize the machine, what should I provide?
Answer: You need to provide outline drawing, material, thickness,
voltage and special requirements.
3. Q: What is the warranty?
Answer: Within 12 mouths, all technicians are available to serve
you at any time.
4. Q: What should I do if the machine breaks down?
A: The warranty period of our machine is 12 months. If the damaged
parts cannot be repaired, we will provide new parts to replace the
damaged parts for free, but if after the warranty period, you need
to pay the express delivery fee. We can negotiate to solve the
problem and provide technical support for the entire service life
of the equipment.
5. Question: What should we do if we need technicians to go to the
workshop for debugging and teaching?
Answer: We send technicians to your country to repair the machine.
The buyer should bear the expenses including: visa, round-trip air
ticket and appropriate accommodation, and the buyer should pay
