After we receive the deposit, our designer will arrange the producing of the machine. After assembling, we will debug the machine and at the same time, we will make video for the clients and teach them how to operate the machine. Before shipping, the machine is tested in our factory. when the client gets the machine, he can according to our video to operate the machine. If some parts of machine broken within 2 years, we will give him the spare parts for free. If more than 2 year, maybe some spare parts need to be charged. If machine can not work well, we can teach them online until the machine is perfect.

If you need, we can go to your place to assist you. But you need to provide the cost of the engineer.
